I am very pleased to be a part of the "Women in Leadership" Team - MENA Regioin. I am an instructional designer with more than 15 years of remarkable experience in Learning Design.

In my current position as Instructional Designer at American University of Sharjah, I work with professors and subject matter experts to identify their curriculum requirements and lead the development, design, implementation and evaluation of online courses and digital learning initiatives that can help to achieve technology-enhanced instruction.

I have a successful career history in the fields of Educational Technology, Instructional Design and E-learning Development both in Asia and Gulf Region.

I am passionate of finding ways on how to make learning innovative, creative and engaging for people. I love connecting with learners and truly understand their learning styles, preferences and challenges.
